Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items without original packaging/tags

Original boxes and labels must be intact to verify authenticity and condition

Installed or used parts

Parts that have been installed on vehicles or show signs of installation cannot be returned

Items showing wear or damage

Parts with scratches, rust, or visible wear (unless damaged in transit)

Items purchased more than 7 days ago

Return window has expired - no exceptions after the 7-day deadline

Fluids and consumables

Oil, coolant, brake fluid, and other consumables cannot be returned once opened

Clearance closeout items

Items marked as discontinuing stock are final sale with no refunds
